[DEMUG] Mail preferences

AH! Now, why didn't I know that??? And, why didn't I try that - I'm  
usually fearless about clicking?!?
Thank you Roy! And thank you Michele! Is it cntl-apple-3 to take a  
screen snapshot like in the good ol' days?
