[DEMUG] Mail preferences

Hi Helen,

I'm using Mail, and that same version and I've attached a jpeg to  
show you what I see when I go to Mail > Preferences.

There are eight icons across the top of the pane, and when you click  
on an icon, the pane totally changes. Do you see the two icons on the  
far left for Signature and Rules? Click on these.


If you don't see this in your version, I don't know what to tell  
you.  Maybe you need to reinstall the software? Just a heads up that  
if you do reinstall, make a copy of your inbox before you do to make  
sure you don't lose those emails. In the past when I have upgraded  
(from 10.2 > 10.3 and 10.3 > 10.4) it wiped out all the emails in my  
inbox
