[DEMUG] Mail preferences

Thank you, Roy. That's the problem. I do not have signatures or rules  
in the dialogue box that opens when I select mail preferences. I see  
Accounts, where I choose an account, then account information,  
mailbox behaviors and advanced, and nowhere under those choices are  
signatures and rules.
Is there an inadvertent way in which those choices may have been  
removed??
