[DEMUG] Mail preferences

Helen,
Sorry--I thought you were speaking in the context of the previous mail.

When you open the preferences (Mail>>Preferences) you need to select  
the appropriate icon from the toolbar at the top. (Hint--you should  
see General, Accounts, Junk, Viewing, Composing, Signatures and Rules  
in that toolbar.) If you click on Signatures, you can edit those. If  
you click on Rules, you can edit those. You should not need to edit  
anything using the .plist itself.
