[DEMUG] Missing "settings" button in iPhoto

In our copy of iPhoto 08, in order to manipulate photos/albums in a Web 
Gallery, you need to use the SETTINGS button on the iPhoto toolbar.  But 
for some reason it doesn't seem to be there, and it isn't one of the 
items you can add/delete from the toolbar via the View menu, and Google 
searches have turned up nothing relevant.  Any ideas?

The immediate problem is an album that was accidentally published as 
open to everyone.  When we tried to delete it as instructed (select it 
in iPhoto and delete it, which allegedly automatically deletes it from 
the Web, nothing happened except that the album folder disappeared from 
the Mac, leaving the album on the Web.  Does anyone use Web Gallery 
photo publishing?
