No specific info about this, but the fact that it works on your other
computer suggests some general debugging you can try. Of course, have
backups first, as you may break your web design program as you muck
around it with.

On the problem computer, create a new user account (Apple menu>System
Preferences...>Accounts, and click the "+" icon below the panel at the
left to add an new account.

Then put a copy of your web source files in the /Users/Shared folder, so
you can get them from any local account.

Next, log out of your normal account and log into the new account. See
if you can reproduce the problem.

--- If it works from the new account, then the problem is somewhere in
the program's settings in your home folder. Typically programs keep
their settings in your home/Library folder. Check Library/Preferences
for an item for the program in question, and also search for other
instances of the program's name in Library.

If you find such files, quit from your WebDesign program, and try moving
its Library files somewhere else, e.g. your desktop, and then restart
the program and test to see if it works. Try the Library/Preferences
items (if any) first, as they can almost always be automatically reset
when you restart the program. Next try moving other program files or
folders. (Be aware that you may break the program or cause it to loose
track of your data if you move it's library files about. Depends on the
program, and I have no knowledge of the one in question.) Hopefully, you
can undo your changes if necessary by dragging everything back where you
found it.)

--- On the other hand, if the program shows the same error from your new
account, then perhaps it has a corrupted setting in the system areas
that are common to both user accounts. Programs also store data and
settings in the /Library folder at the top level of the disk (rather
than your home folder's library.) Again, try searching for the program
name or manufacturer's name in that folder. However, if you delete
things here, you may need to re=install the software to get it working
again.

--- On the third hand, perhaps there are some settings or config files
that are kept with your web data files. Can you bring a copy of the
project folder from the working machine and open it on the broken machine?

These steps may at least help point to where the problem is occurring.
(Or not -- perhaps their tech support did not suggest these sorts of
steps because they know they don't use any such files that could get
garbled.)
