[DEMUG] De-Photoshopping

I am not pushing graphic converters, but have had great luck posting
pictures for both windows and mac with it and pretty good with
printing them With Photo shop I have a very hard time to my own
printer and some luck to the web, making them web ready. How do other
people in the group do this?
