[DEMUG] CPU Utilization

I just did a job that started the fan up, and those graphics did indeed
go up to 100% -- in all the other observations I had made, they stayed
constant at something over 50% when the figures to the left showed lower
or higher values, so I assumed it was decoration rather than real.
Perhaps it is the fact that I've got dual processors and that the
results on the graphic display have to be averaged to match the single
values at the left that was confusing. Thanks for the clarification --
now that I know there IS a connection, I'll keep tabs on it to see if I
can figure out how the numbers and chart are connected.
