[DEMUG] CPU Utilization

If you hold the cursor over the ipulse fields, it pops up a shadow  
window with the hard data..

It also has a link to process viewer.  It doesn't have a line graph  
showing what goes on over time.

There is also a ThermographX utility that does give you a graph of temp.
