[DEMUG] CPU Utilization

Ummm....  Activity Monitor shows a stacked bar of CPU activity updated  
once per second. The red blocks in the bar are system-owned processes  
and the green are user-owned...there's a key right next to the  
graphic.  I'm assuming you are looking at the graphic in Activity  
Viewer and not its Dock icon.
