[DEMUG] Format before refreshing for backup?

The chances of that happening are practically zero.
But if you are that concerned about things then you
need to have more than one back up. I ordered TC,
hoping Apple ships soon, but I will also have a FW drive
with a Superduper backup that I can use to boot from
if it's ever necessary.
