When you "Disabled" the account all of the mail box's we're lost, so  
when you re-enabled the account they were missing and were replaced in  
the new account even if you used the same name.

Like I said in my other message, try importing all of the mail box's  
that were in the disabled account. You should find mail box accounts  
with the same name, however one will have an older date attached to  
it, that's the one that you want to import.
