[DEMUG] Address Book and Scripting

Does anyone out there know how to script?

I am trying to do a massive "Find/Replace" in the "Note" field in  
Address Book.

I can't find a way to do it in Address Book itself.

I may be staring at a simple way to do this but dang if I can find it.

I have a great script someone else wrote for iTunes that does a  
wonderful job of "Find/Replace" but it is quite complicated and I  
don't have the skills to use it as a base to write my own Address  
Book script.

Any help appreciated.
