[DEMUG] Trying to post Word question

Quick question: Not sure if I am doing this right, but I want to post  
a Word question (tried it yesterday but I am not sure I did it  
correctly). Is this the way to disseminate my question to all DEMUG  
users?

P.S.
Here is my question. I want to type documents on OS X using Microsoft  
Word and then move
them over to our older OS 9 system running Microsoft Word and be able
to place the documents into Pagemaker documents. How can I save the
documents so that it opens in both OS X and OS 9, but with using a
full date in how I save it (eg. Press Release 10/2/07).
