Since I live in Brunswick, I think it's a swell idea. My only thought  
is why not have it somewhere where there is food and drink close by?  
As long as no one brings food and drink too close to the equipment....

How about the Frontier Cafe which has food and drink AND an  
auditorium. Seems like a perfect place to have it. http://

Or perhaps there is a room at Bowdoin College that is near food, like  
the meeting room in Thorne Hall. Or, maybe there is a room or just  
off the student union that could be used?
