[DEMUG] jumping thru Apple's hoops for warranty repair

The two cinema displays I bought this year--purchased directly from  
1-800-MY-APPLE--were shipped in the logo boxes with pictures of the  
display on the outside. So, either that's a policy that's changed  
fairly recently, or they are being disingenuous (saying that logo  
boxes are okay for shipping items out but not for items coming back in.)

I in fact joked with my FedEx guy (who delivered both for Apple)  
about how if someone wanted to steal a monitor, this told them  
exactly where to find one.
